當年分發到高雄榮總，陳選擇到公衛領域進修，82年從研究所畢業後，因參與社會運動，84年選立委踏入政壇，因無法履行義務服務，遂在87年繳回公費學費，醫師證確實還在教育部。

這下糗了，陳其邁的醫師證到現在還扣在教育部（他已公開承認），現在又爆出曾在長庚當醫師也是假的，原來是在長庚實習，根本還沒有考試取得醫師資格。
