經查詢新北市政府警察局公告固定式測速照相地點，照相機架設於三重區高架橋往新莊方向，不是往台北市方向。
另外超速罰鍰的解釋容易造成誤解，於最高速限10公里未嚴重危害交通秩序採勸導不予舉發，時速60km還在寬限範圍內，按照該地點速限50公里來看，應為110km至130km以內罰款$8000，130至150km以內罰款$12000。
