韓市長行程中如有臨時性之生理需求均由韓市長車隊自行擇點臨停或告知警察前導車輛協助導引，絕無以行政中立拒絕韓市長借用派出所內廁所一事，桃園市政府警察局僅要求所屬同仁務必保持行政中立，謝絕任何候選人至辦公處所從事選舉活動 ，而韓市長借用警局廁所跟選舉無關，警方嚴正駁斥不理性的選舉操弄，呼籲民眾應保持理性，切勿妄加揣測亂做文章。
