假的，老人健保補助分為繳入中央健康保險署或轉入長輩指定之帳戶。健保全額補助者，由市府逕繳入中央健康保險署；非全額補助者，將以轉帳方式於年底前，分二次撥入長輩指定之帳戶。凡初次符合老人健保補助資格者，市府會主動作業以專函通知，其只需將回郵信封填妥後，投遞郵筒寄回本府即可。
