中央流行疫情指揮中心指揮官陳時中說兒童口罩購買量提升，每七天有四片，應足夠孩童上學使用。教育部則重申，已備妥六四五萬片防疫備用口罩，但不是每天每人一片，是出現發燒、咳嗽、喉嚨痛等上呼吸道症狀的教職員生，才須戴口罩。即使開學也不建議搶購外科口罩。內文的數據僅是推測，目前的疫情尚不能斷定實際的比率。

1.宣導民眾戴布口罩就好，否則下週開學，外科口罩一定不夠搶。
2.奉勸輕症自己在家休息隔離就好，非必要千萬不要去醫院急診診所。
3.重症做好防護再去醫院，主動告訴醫護自己可能中鏢了。
4.避免人擠人的場所，"擠擠" 一堂的場合。要聚的話，限量三五好友。
