金管會表示，近期屢有接獲外界反映有不肖人士偽冒金管會或銀行局人員名義，邀請民眾加入LINE好友(或群組)，並宣稱可協助民眾處理銀行帳戶相關事宜或分享專業投資情報，抑或出具偽冒金管會人員之工作證、金管會公文或周邊機構名義要求民眾繳納安全金、保證金、稅款或擔保資金用途之款項等，金管會鄭重澄清，此等均為詐騙集團手法，請民眾切勿相信。
金管會主要係訂定金融市場及金融服務業的相關政策並監督管理金融機構，不會直接涉入民眾的金融交易，更不會以任何方式要求民眾辦理匯款或給付資金。
