這是放了超過十天才有的情況，正常飲用不用太擔心，紅棗在吸收水分後會膨脹，沖泡成紅棗水後，長時間放置會發酵並產生膨脹性氣體，加上保溫杯形成密閉空間，進一步加大氣壓。
