黨產會發言人施錦芳受訪表示，婦聯會公開宣示捐贈公益團體，立意良善，本會予以尊重，但捐贈應該使用2億4千多萬元合法財產。施錦芳強調，婦聯會勞軍捐剩餘款388億元，黨產會已認定為不當取得財產，應移轉國有。依法若要動用須經黨產會許可，婦聯會無權做任何處分，更不能違法逾權說要處分財產。
