網路上報導飯後不應立刻刷牙,但牙科醫師表示如果不是吃很痠或很甜的食物,造成進食後口腔酸性的環境,一般吃東西後可立即刷牙,但如果是酸性食物或飲料,建議吃了以後先用開水漱口,待20分鐘左右再刷牙。
