急診部分負擔方面，現行醫學中心檢傷分類第一、第二級部分負擔為450元，第三至第五級為550元，區域醫院第一至第五級為300元，調整後，醫學中心檢傷分類第一、第二級部分負擔降為300元，第三級不變，第四至第五級調升為800元，不濫用資源的話，發燒並不會直接變成800元。
