茂德國際集團併購東森電視案，NCC昨（29）日透露，已於月初正式向投審會遞件申請審查，投審會並行文NCC要求提供意見。NCC表示，茂德提出收購凱雷在東森電視持股62％多，共花了120多億元，換算總交易金額超過200億元，相較於之前市場傳出的177億元還要多。 市場人士分析，中間差價可能加計東森電視手中現金、及東森電視在東森國際持股價值。不過相較之前台數科以111.24億元收購凱雷及員工持股合計6
