立法院三讀《洗錢防制法》修正案！販售交易所KYC帳號觸法，最高可罰3,000萬
立法院院於昨日 (19) 通過《洗錢防制法》第十五之一、之二及第十六條的修正案，以防制不法犯罪集團大量收集民眾金融機構帳戶、虛擬通貨帳號或第三方支付帳號的行為，同時也規範任何人無正當理由不得將前述帳戶及帳號交付、提供予他人使用。

千萬別把虛擬貨幣交易所的帳號租借或賣給別人使用，很有可能會被當成人頭帳戶拿去犯罪，賣帳號也是犯法行為。不要貪小便宜就為了那每天幾千元而吃上官司。
