LINE品牌公關廖婉寧昨表示，沒有任何人可以監控，也不可行，因為有點對點的加密紀綠。她指出，LINE重視用戶隱私、妥善保護個人資料，以捍衛資訊安全為首要準則，「無論何種形式，LINE都不會單方面配合政府隨意調閱用戶資料，也不會配合監聽或審查。」
