曾任國際職業衛生學會（IOHA）理事長、台灣氣膠研究學會（TAAR）理事長、台灣職業衛生學會（TOHA）理事長、美國工業衛生學會學刊（AIHAJ）編審委員等，現任IOHA理事、亞洲職業衛生聯盟（ANOH）理事、國際呼吸防護學會（ISRP）理事。
