台北市市府已澄清，公有零售市場、攤集場與夜市、公有超市、地下街商場等，除全面強制戴口罩並無關閉措施。時至5/15晚間公告停業的市場僅有五處：龍山商場、龍山寺地下街、臺北市建國假日玉市、臺北市建國假日藝文特區、新富町文化市場。
