The British National Health System and the World Health Organization report that there is currently no vaccine for Covid-19 and the vaccine is currently being developed. Also, at the time of the disputed news release about the three patients in Sarajevo infected with COVID-19, there was no confirmation of a coronavirus positive finding in the three patients, and for several days thereafter results were found to be negative.
