壓力鍋的原理是:裡面的水蒸氣被封閉、加熱,進而讓壓力提升、溫度也比正常煮沸更高。所以在使用壓力鍋後如果立刻解除壓力或開蓋,而沒有完全減壓,就可能造成噴出熱蒸氣然後被燙傷的風險。實務上有所謂的冷水快釋壓的方式:放在慢流冷水下,快速降低內部壓力,所以是可以觸碰冷水的,但建議如果要用冷水快釋壓,只沖鍋蓋外側

影片中的呈現不確定是否為真實情況的爆炸,有誇大可能,但是從安全角度來看,直接把它放在冷水下沖還是非常不推薦,且的確非常危險
