食藥署指出，違規產品一共依法開罰新台幣16萬元，也呼籲民眾選購冷凍冷藏調理食品時，應挑選環境乾淨、整潔及商譽良好的店家，所購買的食品應注意色澤及氣味是否正常並應注意產品貯存溫度（冷藏攝氏7度以下，冷凍負18度以下），購買後應盡速食用完畢，以避免常溫下細菌過度滋生。
