衛福部食藥署於2019年1月29日便監控jointcareadvice網站上SustaFix涉嫌違規，非經由張凱鈞先生踢爆才進行調查

而經食藥署調查確認，SustaFix已涉嫌違規態樣及涉嫌違反法規，建議消費者若有相關健康問題，應就醫或循正常管道取得我國核准之藥品，切勿隨意購買來路不明宣稱療效之產品。
