內政部表示，6月1日起受理「中產以下自用住宅貸款戶支持專案」網頁線上申請，借款人資格方面，基準日是今年2月28日，合計僅有1筆自用性質購置住宅貸款、持有房屋1戶以內；原始核貸金額，在台北市住宅為850萬元以內、其他縣市700萬元以內；民國110年家戶所得合計120萬元以內。經審查符合資格者可獲3萬元定額支持金。
