假的，詐騙集團假冒中華郵政公司名義以不實簡訊或電子郵件，通知民眾國際郵件有未繳納關稅，或郵件地址不正確而無法順利投遞，進而誘騙民眾登入連結網址繳納關稅或更改郵件遞送地址。
詐騙簡訊或郵件，常中英文參雜，且所附網址多為釣魚網址，佯稱各項郵寄包裹有異狀，要求民眾轉帳、匯款至指定帳戶，或提供信用卡號進而盜刷。
