為逞一時之快致陸客受限，為秀亮麗成績可撥36億元補助秋冬旅遊，然養雞業受太陽能之亂大量增建雞舍，政府又未依畜牧法規定採禽舍總量管制限建，造成雞價長期虧損，農曆年後黑羽土雞價崩26元一斤，電宰24元比高麗菜耕除還嚴重。(直接成本約37元一斤)。
當時政策性補貼電宰一斤2元，以4斤規格雞每隻補貼8元，電宰不到20萬隻政府花不到200萬就可救雞農現在何以不為?是不管雞農死活或是心中根本無雞農?
我的黑羽土雞出清也虧定了可摒棄意圖己利之責，方敢為雞農請命請政府可憐雞農救救雞價吧!
