民眾可以上台電官網使用「停電查詢及通報」，可以查詢停電、通報停電、案件查詢。停電查詢，輸入地址或電號，就可查詢是否停電及相關復電情形；停電通報，透過地址或電號、聯絡資訊及說明，即可通報台電某處發生停電及成立報案案件；案件查詢，透過「案件代號」可查詢案件的最新處理進度。
