北市敬老愛心儲值金領取資格、嗶卡時間及地點如下：
領取對象：持110年12月31日前本市核發有效之敬老卡、愛心卡(敬老卡：長者為45年12月31日前出生；原住民為55年12月31日前出生)。
嗶卡時間：110年11月15日起至110年12月31日止。
嗶卡地點：全臺7-11、全家、萊爾富、OK超商及美廉社櫃檯。。
