日本岡山大學醫療科學部日前在「BMJ Nutrition, Prevention and Health」刊登的研究指出,研究團隊耗費3年時間,觀察1573名日本西部的中、老年人,找出究竟是什麼因素影響人類血糖,以及探究睡前2小時吃宵夜是否影響血糖,結果發現睡前2小時進食不會影響血糖高低,意即代表「宵夜並非體重增加」的主因。研究人員指出,其他飲食和生活習慣對血糖水平影響更大,像是BMI值、長期酗酒和吸菸等等。
