疫情警戒外出必須全程戴口罩，但自行開車者，若是2人以上同車，就應佩戴口罩，若為獨自駕車，在密閉空間內、不影響、不接觸他人，可不用戴口罩。而戶外勞工在外找到適當地點飲食喝水，在保持社交距離前提下，可不戴口罩。
