最近LINE流傳「喝熱水溫水養生、飯後喝冰水導致癌症」的老謠言，並且組合這類謠言重翻拍成影片並配上旁白。事實上身體會自行調整體內溫差，喝冷水並不會影響胃的內壁或大腸導致癌症，勿過度恐慌！熱水與溫水的功效也是過度誇大，還說能夠解決高血壓、糖尿病、心臟病、癌症...等健康問題，別因為謠言只喝溫水而延誤就醫囉！
