根據台電資訊，台電公司將供電饋線分為A至F組，限電方式包括「緊急（緊急分區輪流停電）」與「計畫（計畫性分區輪流停電）」2種，台電每年會依序選擇兩組作為緊急組別，2021年為C組與D組，其他組別為「計畫」組別。
