拉筋的英文是 stretching,雖為伸展之意,但運動前較適合「動態伸展」,就是要讓肌肉、神經組織「收到」接下來所要被賦予的任務,喚醒神經與肌肉的協調性、讓體溫升高,盡可能的仿照要從事的運動模式,讓身體做好準備,以利進行接下來強度較高的運動。
