這是2019年的舊聞，國際醫療資訊學會（IMIA）是世界衛生組織（WHO）認可的非政府組織，創辦宗旨希望跨越地域和職業限制，促進醫學資訊的互相交流，可以說是醫療界國家級的交流組織。
