食藥署副署長王德原指出，「喇叭牌正露糖衣錠」2批號藥品回收資訊，批號41RF2有藥錠出現碎裂，另批號BS0029在第32個月安定性試驗發現主成分含量低於檢驗規格下限。若未依規定辦理回收作業，可依照《藥事法》第91條規定，處新台幣20萬至500萬元罰鍰。
