剛剛消息：
俄烏在白俄羅斯進行的談判取得重大進展，俄羅斯提出烏克蘭中立化基本已達成，永不加入北約，烏東兩州將以自治的方式進行，主權屬烏克蘭，行政自治。

俄羅斯撤軍應該在3月3日前進行，目前所有攻勢已延緩，基輔已放開管制，恢復正常生活。和平可期！
可憐烏克蘭所有軍事設施幾乎盡毀。
