以經濟成長率而言，台灣在過去三年並沒有退步。若時間拉長來看民進黨執政的 2000 年至 2007 年，經濟成長率也高於國民黨馬英九執政時期。108 年第 2 季未經季節調整實質 GDP 與 107 年同季比較之經濟成長率( yoy )概估為 2.41%，較主計總處 5 月預測數( 1.78 %)增加 0.63 個百分點。
