馬蠅 (學名：Dermatobia hominis，通稱：Botfly）屬狂蠅科，一般棲息在潮濕的熱帶森林地區，主要分布在中南美州，北自墨西哥，南至阿根廷和智利北部；成蟲在人體吸血時會在傷口上產卵，孵出來的蛆會用前端的鉤子帶動自己穿行，然後咬出傷口深入宿主皮膚內部，一旦遭寄生只能透過物理方式夾除。
