集會遊行法第30條是指涉以文字﹑圖畫﹑演說或他法，侮辱﹑誹謗公署﹑依法執行職務之公務員或他人，但影片內容質問「你不覺得噁心嗎可怕嗎」是個人觀感闡述，雖然不是自己能投票的選舉，但香港學生們跨海參加Wecare遊行表達他們的訴求。
