錯誤：1126修憲複決公投將"選舉權"年齡門檻調降至18歲，通過後是18歲就能投票，並不是"被"選舉權，非得為候選人；登記為候選人的年齡門檻，還是要依憲法及法律的規定。例如，依憲法及現行法律規定，40歲才能參選總統、23歲才能參選立委與里長，並不是說只要修憲過，18歲就可以參選總統、立委與里長。
