配合教育部防疫停班(課)政策，高級中等以下學校若發生停課(班)，有這些時間內能提供停課學生居家線上學習申請使用。

各校如果有家庭經濟越弱勢的學生，或家中沒有固定網路只能用手機行動網路的比，這週上課開始出現網速變慢或網路不夠用了。
可以參考最近各電信公司針對這一波的在家線上自學方案，只要有學生就學證明，就可以申辦的停課學生專用方案，可以轉給各校家長參考，有機會用便宜合約升手機網速和流量。
