自104年起更考量大腸癌篩檢陽性個案須進一步做大腸鏡追蹤檢查之不適感，每年補助150名大腸癌篩檢異常個案，免費無痛大腸鏡檢查服務，免除民眾因疼痛畏懼追蹤檢查而願意受檢，進而早期阻斷疾病的惡化。
