陳儀（1883年5月3日－1950年6月18日），幼名毅，改名儀。字公俠，後改字公洽，自號退素。浙江紹興人。日本陸軍大學畢業，中華民國陸軍二級上將。第二次世界大戰結束後，曾任台灣省行政長官兼台灣省警備總司令部總司令，任內發生二二八事件，為事件中爭議政治人物之一[1]。 國共內戰末期，戰爭形勢急轉直下，陳儀曾勸告蔣中正，對國民黨喪失大陸政權要看開。1948年6月任浙江省政府主席。 11月釋放浙江省警
