停用核四不是能簡單用錢數來衡量的。不是用一個「如果［ ］，臺灣毎人要花多少錢的公式」就可以計算的，那是一個攸關國家人民的重要未來發展和生存環境的問題。如果以上句子［ ］中填的是軍購、抵禦外人侵略、建立防颱設施、重大防疫呢？您還在不捨那個每人花多少萬嗎？核電廠的使用與否，如果用那樣的「花了多少錢」的比較即可解決，全球就不會有那麼多國家停用核電廠了；擁核和反核也不用爭執不休了。
