指揮中心副指揮官陳宗彥在記者會上回應，PTT上面提到「刪除疾管家的部分」，之前有說明這個假訊息已交給刑事警察局做調查，並強調「任何人在疫情期間都不能置身於外」，都要肩負防堵的責任，「任何人只要違反法律的部分，他就應該要負起法律責任，這是必然的。」
