片中陳時中未戴口罩高歌飲酒引發質疑。不過陳時中隨即澄清，該聚會為2020年6月赴友人邀約，非疫情警戒第3級警戒期間。而女性在飯局中並非附屬陪襯角色，因此辣妹服務的說法並不正確。
