台北市社會局網站110年11月8日有公布此方案。

自110年11月15日起至110年12月31日止，持敬老卡與愛心卡至四大超商(7-11、全家、萊爾富及OK便利商店)或美廉社嗶卡，即可儲值1,500元現金至卡片內，長者和身心障礙者皆可到任何使用悠遊卡支付的商店消費。
