打疫苗要很注意一點，打針處千萬不能揉，如果你揉了，極為容易產生血栓。因為疫苗內腺病毒或mRNA是被設計包裹在一層薄膜內，如果一揉，造成這一層薄膜破裂，就會造成腺病毒或mRNA跑出來刺激血液內的有連串凝血反應，出現血栓。

血栓跑到心臟、肺臟造成肺栓篩，都會猝死。

為什麼AZ和嬌生比較容易出現血栓？這是因為他們打入的體積劑量是BNT或Moderna的五倍，受肌肉本身壓力大，容易造成腺病毒薄膜破裂。
