一、112年7月26日交通部交路（一）字第11282004814號令修正《旅行業管理規則》，第五十三條第二項「每一旅客及隨團服務人員因意外事故所致體傷之醫療費用最低為新臺幣十萬元，最高為新臺幣二十萬元」，並非為醫療20萬元。
二、法規並未規定責任保險表定費率，實際保費將與保險公司與保險人種種因素而有所不同。
