假的,這是冒稱「先買後付未繳」的郵件,消費者可能確有相關消費而降低戒心,遂點選信末「聯絡我們」連結並被導向自稱官方之帳號。對方宣稱其身分遭冒用,先以流程說明安撫情緒,繼而安排「專員」加入,稱需進行帳戶安全檢核。專員以急迫語氣要求受害人開啟螢幕分享與關閉簡訊通知,並一步步指示登入網銀、操作轉帳驗證,稱是必要步驟。受害人於慌張中輸入多組驗證碼而未察異常。其後發現帳戶餘額短時間遭多筆轉出,並出現無卡提款紀錄,試圖再聯絡時對方已失聯,始知遭詐。
