物理壓力影響。
當你在往蛋殼裡面吹氣,壓力往下,一方面向外往蛋殼施力,蛋殼受不了就會破裂,另一方面又會把煮熟的蛋白往內擠,再加上重力的關係,煮熟的蛋白就會往下方的小洞掉出去,同樣的原理,也可以換成水,來剝蛋殼。
