日本放送協會（NHK）報導，颱風燕子今天上午已在北海道北西轉為溫帶低氣壓。昨天颱風燕子帶來強風豪雨，填海建造的關西機場嚴重淹水，加上機場連結陸地的聯絡橋梁被颱風強風吹來的大型油輪撞斷，無法通行。
