不可能有浮水印，美國的選務跟台灣不一樣，由各州來負責，要看州長跟選務機構，每個州的選務架構很複雜，川普掌管的聯邦政府無法直接介入選務。國民警衛隊（National Guard）是州政府所管轄，每個州都有自己的國民警衛隊，一般情況來說，川普只能調動聯邦軍隊，不能直接指揮國民警衛隊。
