為配合三坑抽水站等五合一工程施工，台水公司第二區管理處表示桃園市、新竹縣將自15日0時至16日15時停水39小時，受影響地區包括桃園市楊梅區等12行政區約39萬戶，以及新竹縣湖口鄉等4鄉鎮約6萬戶，停水影響戶數總計約45萬戶，請民眾提早儲水準備。
